The Modern Office Approach to Office Design and Relocations

Scope:
Before design work begins it is vital we fully understand what you want to achieve, by using the Modern Office approach we are able to tailor a plan that fits with your requirements.

Analyse:
A thorough understanding of your requirements gives us what we need to conduct an analysis of each department or function within your business. There are several elements for example the role of staff members and future growth plans that we also take into account.

Design:
Initially we set about matching the brief to the design opportunity, preliminary designs are explored and refined, and the concept is then presented to you. Once satisfied we will prepare scaled plans using the latest software along with obtaining quotes for our furniture and technology recommendations if required.

Implementation:
We will co ordinate with the manufacturers, the procurement, delivery and installation of your furniture and technology allowing your staff to move in and start work immediately.

Follow Up:
Modern Office provide ongoing after sales support, and will arrange a post implementation meeting where required. We value feed back from our customers it enables us to develop our service levels as we are always looking to improve what we do.
