Wanting to put Harcourts Opotiki on the map, the franchise owner undertook the conversion of an adjacent old warehouse into stylish new office premises.
The black, smooth finishes of the Greta bench and Drop table in the Harcourts reception, complement the modern concrete finish and create a bold texture contrast to the wood panelled feature wall.
Detroit and Pheonix stools line the breakout area, to create a cool cafe style feel, whilst keeping with the black accent colour scheme. The bright coloured fabric panelled wall defines the space and was the creation of Interior Architect, Bubble Interiors.
In the action room, May May chairs were used to create a pop of colour with the mix of grey, white and blue hues, whilst the Elevate height adjustable desks provide a sit or stand option.
